PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES (Continental US)

We ship exclusively to the continental United States from Orange, CT via USPS.

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Flat rate of $5 (jewelry) - $8 (totes and bags) for orders under $150. (includes tracking and insurance up to $100)
Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied at checkout for all orders totaling $150 or more.
Please Note: We are not responsible for shipping delays from the carrier. Once shipped, it is out of our control.

INSURANCE PROTECTION

Each shipped package is insured up to $100. If your order is valued at more than $100, you may select additional insurance coverage at your expense.

It is your choice to select additional insurance at check-out.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES & DELIVERY ISSUES

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier (USPS) directly to file a claim. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at materialgirlsaccessories@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can make it right.
